Job Type: Part-Time

Location: Los Angeles/South Bay Area Schedule: Flexible, approximately 8–12 hours per week

Compensation: $18–$20/hour + enrollment commissions and performance bonuses

ABOUT CBS DANCE COMPANY

CBS Dance Company is a youth competitive dance program dedicated to providing affordable opportunities for young dancers while building confidence, discipline, teamwork and community. As we continue growing our 10th season, we're looking for an energetic and motivated person to help us increase our visibility throughout the community and introduce more families to CBS Dance Company.

THE ROLE We're looking for someone who understands both DANCE and SALES/MARKETING.

Our ideal candidate knows how to connect with parents, dancers, schools and community organizations while turning interest in our program into actual enrollments. This isn't just about posting on social media. We're looking for someone who can actively help grow the CBS Dance Company brand and our enrollment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Promote CBS Dance Company throughout the Los Angeles/South Bay community

Generate new leads and potential dancer enrollments

Follow up with parents who inquire about classes, free trials and enrollment

Help convert inquiries and trial dancers into registered CBS dancers

Develop relationships with schools, youth organizations, community centers and local businesses

Identify community events and opportunities where CBS can promote the program

Assist with social media marketing and promotional campaigns

Distribute and coordinate digital and physical promotional materials

Help create new ideas for increasing brand awareness and enrollment

Track leads, follow-ups, trials and completed registrations

Represent CBS Dance Company professionally within the community
