Marketing, Outside Sales, and Community Partnerships Representative

We are seeking an outgoing, self-motivated Outside Sales and Community Partnerships Representative to help expand our healthcare clinic’s presence throughout the local community.

This role focuses on building relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups. You will introduce them to our workplace wellness opportunities, coordinate employee screenings and lunch events, and develop partnerships that create value for both the organization and its employees. You will also represent the clinic at a variety of local community events, where you will engage directly with attendees, conduct screenings, explain our services, and generate interest in the clinic. These events are enjoyable, highly interactive, and an important part of the role, as much of its success comes from confidently connecting with people face-to-face.

The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, initiating conversations, and turning new connections into lasting professional relationships. We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, takes initiative, follows through consistently, and enjoys finding creative ways to open new doors.
