We’re looking for creative, reliable freelancers to join our growing content team. This is a 1099, work-from-home position paid per project, with the opportunity to be paired with consistent monthly clients over time.

This is a work from home job (minus filming the clients)

In this role, you’ll be matched with business owners who rely on you to plan their content, direct, film, edit, create, and schedule social media content that represents their brand. You won’t just be completing tasks—you’ll be helping guide clients through content ideas, directing shoots, and bringing their vision to life on camera.

We’re looking for creatives who can take ownership of their clients, communicate clearly, and confidently lead the content creation process from start to finish. This includes planning concepts, directing filming sessions, capturing footage, and delivering polished content that helps businesses grow.

Most team members start with individual projects and then move into steady monthly client assignments based on performance, reliability, and communication. Our goal is to create long-term, consistent work for creatives who show up, do great work, and take care of their clients.

If you’re self-motivated, comfortable directing and creating content, and passionate about social media, this role can grow into a consistent, flexible income stream while working from home & creating your own schedule!
