What You'll DoBuyer Specialist Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to leads provided by the agent/team.
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and turn leads into clients.
• Conduct buyer consultations to understand clients' needs, lifestyle, budget, and goals.
• Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.
• Educate buyers throughout the home-buying process.
• Research properties and analyze comparable sales and market conditions.
• Prepare and present offers while advocating for your clients.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals throughout the transaction.
• Coordinate transaction milestones and help ensure a smooth path to closing.
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-up, and client information in the CRM.
• Consistently follow up with leads and nurture relationships that aren't ready to buy immediately.
• Represent the team with professionalism and provide an exceptional client experience.
