We are a growing, patient-centered obesity medicine practice serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area providing comprehensive Obesity care. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients improve their health and quality of life. We are a small team with a collaborative culture and are looking for a creative, organized marketing professional to help us expand our reach and connect with the community.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support and execute marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness, patient engagement, and referrals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, working independently, and shaping marketing strategy in a healthcare setting. The position offers flexible scheduling and can be hybrid or mostly remote, with occasional local involvement as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
• Coordinate email campaigns, newsletters, and promotions
• Track and report basic marketing metrics and performance
• Support referral marketing with local providers and businesses
• Ensure marketing materials align with brand voice and healthcare compliance standards
• Collaborate with providers and staff to highlight services, patient education, and practice updates

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing,/ communications (healthcare experience a plus, not required)
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Understanding of or interest in healthcare, wellness, or obesity medicine
• Local to the DFW area or familiar with the community preferred
