We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-today execution of marketing initiatives across all club locations.

Crunch ranks #1 in fitness and #32 overall on Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 (2025), with 3M members, 500+ locations, and its new Crunch 3.0 gym design.

JEM is growing fast and committed to your future. Since 2022, we are currently at 16 clubs in 4 states (Virginia, Wisconsin, Illinois and California) and set a goal to open 75 new gyms by 2032.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that drive membership growth, brand awareness, and member engagement across Limitless Fitness Group's portfolio of Crunch Fitness locations. This role provides critical coordination and administrative support for marketing campaigns, local store marketing efforts, social media initiatives, events, partnerships, creative projects, and club-level marketing activations.

Working closely with the marketing team, club leadership, agency partners, and vendors, the Marketing Coordinator helps ensure projects are organized, deadlines are met, and marketing programs are executed effectively across multiple markets. This position is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, local marketing, campaign management, reporting, community engagement, and new club openings within a fast-paced, multi-location business environment.
