We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive sustainable membership and revenue growth across all club locations.

JEM is growing fast and committed to your future. Since 2022, we are currently at 16 clubs in 4 states (Virginia, Wisconsin, Illinois and California) and set a goal to open 75 new gyms by 2032.

Position Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sustainable membership growth, lead generation, and revenue performance across Limitless Fitness Group's portfolio of open and operating Crunch Fitness locations. This role develops and executes data-driven marketing strategies that support new member acquisition, improve conversion rates, increase member engagement, and drive same-store sales growth.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing, operations leadership, club teams, agency partners, and vendors, the Growth Marketing Manager identifies growth opportunities, translates business objectives and club performance data into actionable marketing plans, and ensures effective execution of both digital and local marketing initiatives. This highly collaborative role requires a results-oriented marketer who can successfully balance strategic planning, performance analysis, campaign management, community partnerships, and field-
