Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting marketing processes within our martech stack, including lead routing, building segmentation lists, building emails, auditing 3rd party integrations, list importing, webinar set up and supporting database hygiene. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools , has a knack for data analysis, and thrives in a dynamic, creative problem-solving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience and proficiency in marketing automation tools ( ie : Pardot, Hubspot , Marketo) and CRM ( ie : Salesforce, Dynamics)
• Familiarity with webinar platforms .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities , familiarity with project management software .
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Self-starter who can work cross-functionally to get what they need from stakeholders to manage projects and drive to completion.
• Prior expe
