Description

We are hiring for a major marketing archive project. You will help download, name, organize, and preserve a large library of marketing and media files. A central part of this role is learning our internal naming convention and the larger system behind it, including show themes, channel types, dates, versions, and how files fit across multiple channels.

This is hands-on work with real assets and a real deadline. It is not observation-only work.

We are open to self-taught candidates. A college degree, major, or classroom credential is not required. What matters is that you can learn quickly, stay organized, handle files carefully, and keep moving when something is unfamiliar.

This is an early-career, hourly position. Most weeks will be 15–25 hours. Hours can flex around other commitments if they are logged in our workforce app and the work stays consistent. Our team works Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. You must have reliable weekday overlap with that window, ideally at least 3 hours most weekdays, so questions, access issues, and review do not stall.

Responsibilities

• Download media, especially video, from approved sources and prepare it for the archive
• Apply our proprietary naming convention to files, folders, and related assets
• Learn the larger naming system, including show themes, series logic, channel labels, dates, versions, and other identif
