Wonder Kids Therapy Center Part-Time | $20–$24/hour + Commission

Wonder Kids Therapy Center is looking for an outgoing, motivated Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help grow our pediatric therapy practice in NYC and New Jersey.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, social media, and helping grow a business.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with schools, preschools, pediatricians, psychologists, and other professionals
• Reach out to potential referral sources by email, phone, social media, and in person
• Follow up with contacts and develop referral partnerships
• Help identify community events and marketing opportunities
• Manage and create content for Instagram and social media
• Promote Wonder Kids within the communities surrounding our locations
• Track outreach, leads, referrals, and results
• Help generate new patient inquiries and partnerships

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable reaching out to new people
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Comfortable with Instagram and social media
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Marketing, sales, outreach, or social media experience preferred

Compensation

$20–$24/hour based on experience + commission/bonuses for new patients, referral relationships, and partnerships generated.

Approximately 10–15 hours per week with opportunity for the role to grow.

Experience in healthcare or pediatric services is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
