Marketing & Client Acquisition Assistant

We are a growing professional cleaning company looking for a motivated, creative, and outgoing Marketing & Client Acquisition Assistant to help grow our brand, increase our online presence, and bring in new residential, Airbnb, property management, and commercial cleaning clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create engaging social media posts, Reels, stories, and promotional content
• Edit cleaning videos, before-and-after videos, and short-form content
• Create promotional graphics and marketing materials
• Post and schedule social media content
• Research potential clients and businesses
• Identify offices, property managers, Airbnb hosts, apartment communities, and other potential cleaning clients
• Send professional outreach and introduction emails
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Follow up with leads and previous contacts
• Help schedule estimates, consultations, and walkthroughs
• Maintain an organized lead tracker
• Track calls, emails, follow-ups, appointments, and results
• Assist with promotions and marketing campaigns
• Generate referrals and new business opportunities
• Help convert interested prospects into paying clients
