We’re now seeking a hands-on marketing leader who can both strategize and execute — building campaigns, managing content, running digital ads, and driving measurable growth across multiple locations and service lines. This is not a remote position.

Position Summary

The Head of Marketing and Communications will lead and execute all marketing initiatives — from developing the annual marketing plan to producing day-to-day campaigns that generate patient leads and elevate the brand. We are in the middle of a website revamp and this person will work closely with our digital marketing agency.

This role requires someone who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution — writing content, managing digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and creating materials that bring the organization’s story to life. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to make marketing happen.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Tactical Marketing Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for each brand
• Create and manage patient acquisition campaigns across digital, print, and referral channels.
• Write copy and develop creative concepts for ads, social media, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage and optimize our Digital Marketing Agency efforts regarding Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and other paid media platforms directly.
• Work with our CRM to improve and develop leads
• Develop community outreach program
