Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a central role in driving demand generation and marketing operations across Latham's digital channels. This is a hands-on, generalist role that spans paid digital media oversight, social media, CRM management, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital asset management. The ideal candidate is analytically minded, comfortable operating inside marketing technology platforms, and thrives in a collaborative environment where they can partner with both internal teams and external agency partners.

Some of What You Will Do

* Paid Digital Media (Agency Oversight & Strategy)

+ Serve as an internal point of contact for the external digital media agency, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand standards, and campaign timelines + Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms; flag anomalies and recommend optimizations. + Collaborate with the agency to devise new campaign concepts, audience strategies, and creative testing plans. + Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and reduce invalid traffic and click fraud.
