About the Role Opentrons is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking a senior digital marketing leader to own both the strategy and the day-to-day execution of our global demand generation and digital growth engine. This is a dual mandate: set the digital marketing strategy (channel mix, investment priorities, and expected outcomes) and personally run the systems and programs (paid media, email and lifecycle marketing, HubSpot, website conversion) that deliver on it.

You will be the primary voice on digital performance for Marketing and Sales leadership: setting the strategy, forecasting what it should produce, and reporting on results against that plan. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and Sales to align digital investment with pipeline and revenue targets, then execute directly. Optimizing performance across the funnel and continuously improving how prospects are acquired, nurtured, and converted.
