What You'll Do

• Build and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across the customer journey, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Create and manage customer segments to deliver personalized marketing experiences.
• Develop automated email and SMS journeys using modern marketing automation platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement and identify opportunities to improve retention and reduce churn.
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize registration, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Partner with Product, Content, Sales, and Analytics teams to improve customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
• Manage audience health by developing communication frequency, suppression, and segmentation strategies.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor audience growth, campaign performance, and key marketing metrics.
• Identify new opportunities to grow audience acquisition through digital channels, partnerships, referrals, and content initiatives.
• Continuously improve customer journeys through testing, data analysis, and process enhancements.
