IN-HOUSE MARKETING, SALES SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

Ottomanson Inc. is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in-house.

This position will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams and is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include

• Assisting with day-to-day marketing activities and promotions
• Preparing and updating sales materials, price lists, specials, and customer communications
• Entering and maintaining sales orders, customer information, pricing, and other data
• Updating customer and sales databases accurately
• Assisting the sales team with reports, follow-ups, and account information
• Communicating with customers by phone, email, and text
• Handling customer service questions, order updates, and basic issue resolution
• Following up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and open matters
• Helping coordinate between sales, warehouse, purchasing, and customer service
• Maintaining organized records and ensuring information is entered correctly and on time
• Assisting with social media, product promotions, and other marketing projects as needed

We are looking for someone who is

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with computers and entering data accurately
• Strong in written and verbal communication
• Professional and confident when speaking with customers
• Able to multitask and follow through without constant supervision
• Comfortable working in a busy, changing environment
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general office software
• Experience in sales support, customer service, marketing, furniture, or wholesale distribution is a plus

This is an IN-HOUSE position and is not remote.
