WJ Media Group is looking for a highly organized, motivated, creative, and results-driven individual to join our growing marketing team. This position is ideal for someone who can manage multiple clients and projects while staying organized, meeting deadlines, and taking ownership of their responsibilities.

The right candidate should have experience in social media management, paid advertising, sales/client communication, and website management. We are looking for someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged and can independently manage their workload while communicating clearly with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content for multiple clients..
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms..
• Write captions and develop engaging content ideas..
• Create content calendars and ensure posts are published on schedule..
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and account activity..
• Help develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, leads, and brand awareness..
• Coordinate graphics, videos, promotions, and campaigns..

Paid Advertising

• Create and manage Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads and other digital advertising campaigns..
• Assist with or manage Google Ads campaigns when needed..
• Build campaigns focused on leads, website traffic, conversions, and sales..
• Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance..
• Test audiences, creatives, offers, and advertising strategies..
• Analyze results and make adjustments to improve performance..
• Prepare clear performance reports for clients and management..
