The New Jersey Association of Community Providers (NJACP) is an Association with more than eighty member agencies that provide home and community-based services and supports to individuals with intellectual, developmental and other disabilities. NJACP is seeking an energetic, creative, and strategic communications professional to serve as its Manager of Communications & Marketing (F/T).

This is a newly created position.

*The Position Description---*

This position is responsible for leading the Association's communications, marketing, digital engagement, public relations and branding efforts to advance NJACP's mission, advocacy priorities, and strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, and working in coordination with other staff members, the Manager will help shape the Association's voice, strengthen member engagement, increase organizational visibility, and tell the story of New Jersey's community provider network.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and storyteller who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to build new initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Association leadership while developing skills for potential growth into a more global organizational role.

*The Essential Responsibilities of the Role ---*

Strategic Communications

• Develop and implement NJACP's annual communications and marketing strategy.
• Ensure communications support the Association's strategic plan, advocacy priorities, and organizational objectives.
• Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all communication platforms.
