Part-Time Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator

Job Overview

NIKA Beauty Center is looking for a creative, organized, and social-media-savvy Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to help us create engaging, elevated content and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

This is a hands-on position for someone who genuinely enjoys creating content. A major part of the role will involve being physically present at our Condado location to film treatments, staff, client experiences, before-and-after results, and behind-the-scenes content.

Responsibilities

• Come to NIKA regularly to film photo and video content
• Capture treatments, client experiences, staff, behind-the-scenes moments, before/after results, and promotional content
• Create and edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories
• Develop content ideas based on current social-media trends
• Help plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Create Instagram posts, carousels, Stories, and promotional graphics
• Write captions in English and Spanish
• Schedule and publish content across social-media platforms
• Maintain an organized library of photos and video footage
• Help create content for promotions, new treatments, seasonal campaigns, and special events
• Coordinate with management and our advertising/marketing partners on content needed for paid campaigns
• Film content based on scripts, concepts, or shot lists provided by our marketing team
• Monitor social-media trends and proactively suggest new content opportunities
• Maintain NIKA’s visual identity and ensure that all content feels polished, modern, feminine, and premium
• Assist with basic email marketing and promotional campaigns when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, TikTok, and short-form content
• Comfortable filming people and directing simple social-media videos
• Strong visual eye and sense of branding
