Community & Marketing Coordinator - Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt

Role Purpose

The Community & Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives and owns the day-to-day management of Yo-Chi's online community. This part-time role is the first point of contact for guests across digital channels, responding to DMs, comments and tagged content, and monitoring all Yo-Chi inboxes, while also supporting content shoots and other marketing administration tasks. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team, this role helps ensure Yo-Chi shows up consistently, responsively and on-brand across every digital touchpoint, and that marketing activity is delivered smoothly.

Roles and Responsibilities

Social Media & Community Management

• Respond to all direct messages (DMs) across social platforms, in line with brand voice and tone
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews across Google, Apple Maps, and other listed platforms (Review Tracker, Uber Eats/DoorDash), in line with brand voice and tone
• Track review trends and sentiment, sharing recurring themes or guest feedback with the wider team
• Monitor social listening and emerging trends, sharing insights with the Content team in real time
• Support social media content shoots, including scheduling, on-the-day support and gathering assets
• Support the execution of Local Area Marketing (LAM) plans, including outdoor advertising, EDM and SMS, Chi Weeks and the Yo-Chiever program

Digital & Print

• Assist with the management of digital touchpoints (app, website, digital screens and EDMs) to ensure information is accurate, up to date and aligned with current campaigns
• Support the creation, updating and deployment of marketing communications and creative assets across these channels
• Set up and maintain digital location listings (Google My Business, Review Tracker, Website, Apple, Bing, Uber Eats/DoorDash and Toast BOH)
