Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage front desk inquiries, and ensure a warm, professional first impression for all guests and clients
• Coordinate daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining visitor logs
• Develop engaging social media content tailored to various platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok ect
• Manage social media calendars using tools like Cap Cut , Canvas Ect to ensure consistent posting and campaign execution
• Monitor social media analytics to assess content performance, audience engagement, and overall digital marketing effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics and media performance analytics
• Conduct social listening to stay informed about industry trends, brand mentions, and community feedback to inform content strategy
• Design eye-catching graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Suite applications, and media editing tools to enhance posts
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster strong relationships and brand loyalty
• Support public relations efforts by managing media relations, drafting press releases, and coordinating promotional events or campaigns
