Role Overview

Compassiviste is preparing to introduce a new global movement built around a simple idea: activating compassion for meaningful progress.

We are looking for the person who will share Compassiviste with the world.

The Head of Brand Storytelling & Social will own Compassiviste's public voice and build the content engine that brings the movement to life. This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will help determine what stories Compassiviste tells, where we tell them, and how they become compelling content across social and digital channels.

Just as importantly, you will be there when those stories happen. From Compassicon and campus activations to ACT initiatives and community events, you will capture people taking real action and turn those moments into content that grows the movement.

This is not a role for someone who only manages a content calendar or briefs an agency. We need a builder and maker who can set the vision, pick up a camera, interview someone, identify the story, edit the piece, and get it into the world.

What You'll Own

• Brand storytelling: Turn Compassiviste's philosophy, people, and actions into a clear, recognizable, and culturally relevant narrative.
• Social strategy: Own the organic strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms, including channel roles, cadence, and audience growth.
• Hands-on creation: Personally write, film, photograph, edit and publish content, particularly during the organization's early stages.
• Field storytelling: Travel to Compassiviste activations, campuses, Compassicon, and other events to capture stories as they happen.
• Launch storytelling: Work closely with the broader team before activations occur so content is built into the experience rather than documented as an afterthought.
• Editorial judgment: Identify which people, actions and moments have the potent
