Digital Marketing Manager

Position Summary Metta Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager (Independent Contractor) to lead digital marketing strategy and execution for our concerts, festivals, venues, and entertainment brands. The primary objective of this role is to drive ticket sales and maximize marketing ROI through paid digital advertising, CRM, email/SMS, social media, audience development, and data- driven campaign optimization.

Scope of Services

* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Metta Group events

from announcement through show day.

* Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube,

Spotify, and other relevant platforms.

* Monitor ticket sales and campaign performance, adjusting strategy, audiences, creative,

and advertising spend to maximize results.

* Collaborate with artist management, promotional team, and event partners to coordinate

artist content, grassroots promotions, partnerships, influencers, media, and other initiatives designed to drive ticket sales.

* Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns, including announcements, presales,

onsales, reminders, promotions, and post-event communications.

* Grow and segment Metta Group's customer database to improve targeting, retention, and

repeat attendance.

* Coordinate organic social media and content strategy with paid marketing campaigns and

creative partners.

* Optimize event landing pages, ticketing pages, tracking, retargeting, and conversion

funnels.

* Provide regular reporting on ticket sales, advertising performance, ROAS, cost per

acquisition, conversions, and other key metrics, with strategic recommendations to Metta Group leadership.

* Support additional marketing initiatives related to Metta Group's events and brands as

mutually agreed.
