Webgrowth is a Phoenix-based digital marketing agency serving small businesses and nonprofits across a diverse client portfolio. We specialize in SEO, web design, paid media, and content marketing. As an intern, you'll work directly with our creative and performance teams on real client projects.

Position Overview

We're looking for a Creative Specialist Intern to support social media and web design work for our clients. This is a hands-on role where you'll build a real portfolio across multiple industries while learning how a full-service agency operates.

What You'll Do

• Create, schedule, and publish social media content for agency clients
• Assist with social media strategy, content calendars, and engagement
• Support website design projects, including layout, graphics, and page builds
• Design creative assets (social graphics, web banners, ad creative)
• Collaborate with our design and digital performance teams
• Contribute ideas in client strategy and creative brainstorms

What We're Looking For

• Strong eye for design and familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Bonus: any experience with WordPress, Elementor, or basic web design
• Self-starter who can take direction and run with it

Schedule & Location

• 10–20 hours per week, flexible around your class schedule
• In-person at our Phoenix office on Mondays and Fridays
• Additional remote/WFH hours available if desired
