We provide hands-on, paid training designed to help team members develop practical experience in customer communication, sales, marketing, and leadership. This is an entry-level opportunity, so previous marketing or sales experience is not required.

Position Overview

As a Retail Marketing Representative, you will interact directly with customers at designated partner retail locations. You will represent client brands, explain available products and promotions, answer customer questions, and help customers determine which available options may best fit their needs.

This is an in-person, customer-facing sales and marketing position and is not a remote or digital marketing role.

Paid training is provided to help new team members learn our client offerings, customer engagement process, sales techniques, and basic marketing and branding concepts.

Responsibilities

• Engage professionally with customers at assigned retail locations
• Represent client brands and increase awareness of available products and services
• Explain current products, services, and promotional offers
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about available options
• Assist qualified customers through the customer acquisition and enrollment process
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
• Develop communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Learn foundational concepts related to marketing, branding, and customer acquisition
• Work both independently and collaboratively with team members
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
