About Us

Next Level Spine and Sports Injury Center is a premier, evidence-based conservative care clinic specializing in sports injuries, rehabilitation, and performance. We offer Physical Therapy, Sports Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Medical Acupuncture, and Aquatic Therapy to a highly active population, primarily ages 18–55. We're seeking a creative, strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Director to lead and grow our digital presence.

The Opportunity

This hybrid, hands-on role combines strategy, content creation, social media management, email marketing, website management, and on-site content production. You'll develop our digital marketing strategy while creating high-quality content, managing our online channels, and translating clinical expertise into content that resonates with an active, health-conscious audience.

What You'll Do

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with brand, patient acquisition, retention, and growth goals; maintain a cross-channel content calendar
• Create campaigns promoting services, providers, locations, events, and education; monitor analytics to refine results and track digital marketing trends

Social Media & Content

• Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook (expanding to other platforms as appropriate); plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo/video content on-site
• Develop short-form video, educational, and promotional content on sports injuries, rehab, and wellness; coach clinical staff on capturing on-brand content; maintain consistent brand voice

Email & Client Communications

* Develop and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and patient communications; build strategies for engagement, retention, and reactivation
