Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, analytical, and self-motivated Business Development & Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of defense technology, software marketing, and B2B enterprise outreach.

Working directly with executive leadership, you will help execute an integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy—coordinating targeted LinkedIn digital ad campaigns with direct, high-touch lead outreach to personal protective equipment (PPE) manufacturers, defense primes, and military research organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Lead Research:
• Identify and research key decision-makers (Human Factors Engineers, PEO Program Managers, PPE/Armor Design Leads) within targeted defense accounts.
• Build and maintain clean, organized outreach lists to support our account-based marketing initiative.
• Integrated Digital & Outreach Coordination:
• Draft and coordinate direct outreach communications (email and LinkedIn InMail) timed alongside active LinkedIn targeted advertising campaigns.
• Help manage and track campaign responses, converting initial content downloads and inquiries into qualified demo meetings for executive leadership.
