The Role

We're seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Avo's highest-priority enterprise accounts. Avo partners with some of the largest health systems in the country, where complex enterprise deals require alignment across multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. Winning these accounts takes more than traditional demand generation - it requires a focused, strategic account-based marketing approach that engages the right people, with the right message, at the right time.

In this role, you'll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop account plans and execute targeted, multi-channel campaigns that engage complex buying committees, generate pipeline, and accelerate deals.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and sits at the center of how marketing and sales work together to win enterprise.
