DDA marketer

Emmanuel Group Home Inc. is seeking an experienced Maryland DDA marketing professional to help increase awareness of our approved services and develop relationships with Coordinators of Community Services (CCS), families, guardians, and other appropriate referral sources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with CCS agencies and referral partners.
• Communicate residential vacancies and distribute provider information.
• Conduct outreach, attend relevant networking events, and coordinate introductions and home tours.
• Maintain a referral pipeline and provide weekly activity reports.
• Coordinate inquiries with the provider's intake team.
• Follow applicable privacy, ethical marketing, and DDA requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Maryland DDA services and residential referrals preferred.
• Existing knowledge of CCS agencies and residential placement procedures.
• Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to document outreach activities and protect confidential information.
• Verifiable professional references.
