ContractorZip is a verified contractor network: licensed, insured, background-checked professionals, found by ZIP code by property owners who are already looking to hire. We are expanding and need commission sales representatives to sign contractors across all trades — restoration, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and remodeling.

WHAT YOU EARN

- $1,000/month draw paid while you build, recouped against commissions as they come in. - 20% of every $249 territory signup. Contractors buy 30 ZIP codes for $249; you earn $49.80 per signup.

- 20% of every elite lead. Elite leads in your contractors' territories sell at $49 each; you earn $9.80 every time one sells.

- Private-label deals at $2,499. The premium tier; commission terms discussed at interview. - Uncapped. Twenty active territories is $996 in signup commissions in a single month, and the lead revenue keeps paying as long as they buy.

WHAT YOU ARE SELLING

A Verified Service Territory: 30 ZIP codes in a platform that handles profile setup, verification, lead routing, performance tracking, and priority access to high-intent customers searching by ZIP code. Not a cold list. Not a bidding war. Every contractor you sign is buying exclusive access to customers in their trade and their territory.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Prospect and close contractors in your assigned trade and territory.

- Run discovery before presenting pricing: understand their current lead sources, cost, volume, and what a good job looks like.

- Present the Verified Service Territory and the private-label option where it fits.

- Close for a 30-day trial, then onboard the account and set the first-use plan.

- Document every contact, stage, and next step in the CRM.

- Maintain a minimum pace of three to five new signups per month.

WHO DOES WELL HERE

- Closers with the discipline to build recurring revenue, not one-and-done deals.

- Comfortable calling contractors directly: restoration, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, remodeling.

- Anyone who would rather earn on everything a customer spends: the signup and every lead that follows it.

- Organized enough to keep every contact and next step documented in the CRM.

- B2B experience in restoration, construction, real estate, or property management is preferred.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

THE HONEST PART

We put this in the ad because you will say it to every client. The draw is recouped from commissions and paid monthly. If production does not cover the draw by month three, we will part ways. The role is tied to activity, with a minimum pace of three to five new signups per month. No income is guaranteed — this is commission sales, not a salary.

WHERE THE WORK IS

Priority is the Philadelphia–New York corridor with Cherry Hill, New Jersey as the operating base. Work outward through referrals, partner introductions, and remote outreach across the broader East Coast. The role is remotefriendly.
