In this full-time hybrid role, you'll help shape the experience customers have with Emerald HeatingCooling from their very first interaction. You'll respond to incoming calls, text messages, and website inquiries, coordinate scheduling needs, and ensure customers receive timely and professional assistance. At the same time, you'll keep our social media channels active and engaging, helping showcase our brand, connect with our community, and strengthen our online presence.
