For Dot Think, the ideal SEO & Paid Ads Specialist is a hands-on implementer. We are not looking for a high-level strategist, and we are not looking for someone who sells packages. We bring the strategy, the content, the audience direction, and the retargeting lists. You take that and put it live, correctly, and tell us what you need from us to do it well.

Many of our clients are nonprofits with very modest budgets and only a few dollars to use on paid advertising. A real example of what this looks like: a local nonprofit running a paid campaign from early October through mid-January. Two setups – one for cold audiences and one for retargeting – that run through the end of the year, plus a separate campaign built around Giving Tuesday. A few a/b tests. Modest spend. Clear goals. Set up right, monitored, and reported using statistics we provide, which will not require complex analysis or reporting.
