About the role

As an Associate Director, Marketing Analytics & Omnichannel Operations , you will make an impact by leading complex client engagements and delivering high-quality omnichannel measurement and marketing analytics solutions across our life sciences portfolio.

You will be a valued member of the Life Sciences Consulting team and work collaboratively with client marketing, digital, commercial, and analytics leaders, as well as global and offshore delivery teams.

In this role, you will

Own the analytical strategy , workplan, engagement economics, and delivery quality for omnichannel measurement and marketing analytics engagements across one or more life sciences clients.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating complex analytical findings into strategic insights, business cases, and actionable recommendations.

Lead the design and delivery of marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution, segmentation, predictive targeting, personalization, test-and-learn, and ROI measurement solutions.

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing case teams, including managers, analysts, and colleagues supporting global or offshore delivery.

Identify and shape opportunities to expand client engagements, introduce new analytics methodologies and AI/ML capabilities, and contribute to proposals, statements of work, and client presentations.
