Advance Behavior Support LLC provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. Our Mission is to provide highly personalized care in an environment most suited to help children with their unique needs.We have recently started to expand our ABA services into Georgia, and our goal is to develop strong community partnerships and make quality ABA services more accessible to families throughout the Savannah and Pooler areas but to do that we are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist to help establish and grow our presence in the Savannah and Pooler communities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building professional relationships, and connecting families with services that can make a meaningful difference in their children’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new ABA client referrals in the Savannah and Pooler areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools, daycares, therapists, psychologists, case managers, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Conduct in-person visits to potential referral sources.
• Introduce Advance Behavior Support and educate community partners about our ABA services.
• Identify new referral and partnership opportunities throughout the community.
• Attend community events, resource fairs, school events, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources and prospective families.
• Assist with local marketing and social media initiatives when needed.
• Track outreach efforts, contacts, referrals, and results.

We are looking for a relationship builder and community connector—not simply someone to distribute flyers.

The ideal candidate is

Outgoing and comfortable approaching new organizations and professionals. Professional, dependable, and highly organized. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Results-oriented and comfortable working toward referral and growth goals. Familiar with the Savannah/Pooler community. Experienced in marketing, healthcare outreach, behavioral health, ABA, sales, or business development preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must have reliable transportation for local outreach.

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay + performance-based bonuses for successful new client referrals/enrollments.

Flexible part-time schedule with the opportunity to grow as our Georgia operations expand.
