Who we are

MaleMD is a five-year-old men's telehealth brand. We started in men's sexual health and built a proven, profitable subscription business scaled through Meta paid social.

Now we're expanding into longevity. Peptide therapy, hormone optimization, NAD+ — the category is exploding, and we already have the customers, the physician network, the pharmacy infrastructure, and a paid-acquisition engine that works. This is an established brand stepping into a much bigger arena, and we're looking for the right operator to grow it.

The opportunity

You'll own new-customer acquisition — the CPA and the scale — on multiple seven figures a month in paid spend, with the authority to move fast. Decisions get made in a conversation, not a quarter. You'll be scaling an engine that already works into a category with real tailwind. For a director-level operator ready to own the whole number, seats like this don't come up often.

What you'll own

*The Meta account.* Meta drives this business and you'll know it at the level of what ran yesterday and why. We run Google too (you'll manage that buyer as well), but Meta depth is the job, not channel breadth.

*The creative engine.* A creative team produces the statics and video — you don't design and you don't draft the briefs, but you quarterback it: you own the angles we take, keep volume and variety flowing per offer, spot the winners, and push more of them. Our growth model is creative throughput and fast iteration. If your last shop shipped two hero assets a quarter, this is a different sport.

*The funnel.* Landing pages, checkout, conversion — you drive the testing roadmap with our dev and outside page resources. You diagnose before you act: when CPA moves, you know whether it's CPM, creative, the page, or the checkout, a
