We are built for brands that grow through local operators, where the marketing has to work in hundreds of different local markets at once and the people spending the budget are independent owners rather than a corporate team. That is a harder problem, and it is the one we have spent twenty five years on. We also build LOCALACT, the platform those owners use to run their own local marketing.

The opportunity

We are creating a Technical SEO Lead seat to own implementation and measurement integrity across both organic and paid.

Everything we report on rests on tracking being right. That is this seat.

What you will own

* Technical SEO: structured data, crawlability, site architecture

* Tagging and conversion tracking across organic and paid

* CMS implementation on client platforms

* The organic measurement framework

* Implementation delivery against request

How you will be measured

Implementation depth and number of domains. Tracking accuracy and measurement disputes. Time from request to implementation.

What we are looking for

* Technical SEO at depth including schema and JavaScript rendering, and hands-on with tag management

* Understands that measurement integrity is the foundation everything else reports on

* Wants to work across both organic and paid rather than specialize in one

Where you will work

This is a Denver-based remote role. You will be asked into our Glendale office a couple of times a month for in-person collaboration. There is no fixed schedule. Our office is at 720 South Colorado Boulevard, Glendale, Colorado.

Compensation and benefits

$100,000 to $125,000 base depending on experience. This is a full-time, exempt position. Eligible for the annual company bonus, paid on company performance.
