Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Marketing & Communications to lead the organization’s marketing strategy, brand development, and internal and external communications.

This individual will be responsible for building a cohesive marketing strategy across our growing network of dental practices while maintaining the unique identity and reputation of each local practice. The Director will oversee corporate and practice-level marketing initiatives, digital marketing, communications, reputation management, vendor relationships, and marketing performance.

This is a highly visible leadership role that will work directly with the CEO, executive leadership team, practice leaders, doctors, and external partners. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and hold vendors and team members accountable for measurable results.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for all offices and its affiliated practices.
• Establish annual and quarterly marketing priorities, budgets, goals, and measurable KPIs.
• Build scalable marketing processes that can support continued growth and additional practice acquisitions.
• Evaluate marketing initiatives based on measurable business outcomes, including new patients, patient retention, treatment acceptance, revenue growth, and return on marketing investment.
• Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on marketing performance, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.

Practice-Level Marketing

• Develop localized marketing strategies based on the individual needs, patient demographics, competitive environment, and growth opportunities of each practice.
