THE ROLE

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager to own and evolve Ferry International's organic social media strategy across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

This isn't a "post and ghost" position.

You'll be responsible for bringing both the Ferry International brand and Tom Ferry's personal brand to life through engaging content, real-time storytelling, community engagement, and platform-first thinking.

You'll attend live events, capture behind-the-scenes moments, jump on emerging trends, analyze performance, and continuously look for ways to grow our audience and strengthen our brand presence.

If you're the person who's always saving trending audio, thinking about content ideas everywhere you go, and gets excited by seeing engagement numbers climb you'll fit right in.
