VIDEO PRODUCTION & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR (NO GEAR REQUIRED) Skills: CAMERA OPERATOR + STUDIO TECHNICAL + SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANCE Start Date: September, 1, 2026 Location: HYBRID On-site (Americana, Glendale CA) + Remote (Every Thursday in Studio EST 5 HOURS or LESS) Rate: $400 to Start DOE | Per Day Extra Day: Will get another Full Day if experienced with Social Media, New Technology, Software, and Production. Schedule: 1-2 episodes per week expected (ongoing)

Description

Seeking an analytical, fast-learning studio utility who can support both technical production and social-media operations. This is a hands-on hybrid skill set—not a remote position. No equipment ownership is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES (ASSIST DP/TECHNICAL DIRECTOR, MUST BE FAST LEARNER AND ABLE TO LEARN THESE SYSTEMS EVEN WITHOUT DIRECT EXPERIENCE)

• Support Sony FX6 cameras and the Sony ecosystem, including settings, lenses, media, monitoring, timecode and sync.
• Set up and monitor microphones, Sony UWP wireless audio, gain, routing and recording.
• Operate Ecamm Live scenes, switching, graphics, playback, remote guests, recording and livestreaming.
• Troubleshoot cameras, audio, Macs, capture devices, storage, cabling and internet connections.
• Upload, schedule and quality-check content across YouTube, Instagram and other platforms.
• Manage titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, metadata and platform backends.
• Understand CTR, watch time, audience retention, average percentage viewed and platform-native distribution.
• Learn new equipment, software and workflows quickly.
