We're looking for a self-directed operator with a start-up mentality to help lead our client experience and support our social media presence — someone who doesn't wait to be handed a task list, but brings growth strategies and ideas to the table and runs with them. This is a part-time role with real room to grow into full-time as the practice scales, and we're looking for someone who wants to build something long-term with us.

You might be a great fit if you

• Already think like a social media manager — you know Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Substack, YouTube, and Pinterest well enough that we don't need to train you on any of them, and you bring growth strategies and plans to execute them, not just content ideas, when social projects ramp up.
• Have a start-up mentality: you take ownership, solve problems before being asked, and get genuinely excited about growing something from the ground up.
• Deliver excellent, warm customer service — you will always be a potential client's first impression of our practice, so this matters every time, not just occasionally.
• Are detail-oriented, responsive, and genuinely reliable — deadlines matter here.
• Take feedback well and communicate clearly and proactively.
• Are tech-savvy and pick up new tools quickly (experience with Sessions Health, Canva, CapCut is a plus).

What you'll own

* Client care as the core of your role — scheduling consultations, responding to emails/voicemails within 2 hours, and being the first point of contact for potential clients. Being the go-to for any questions for current clients and staff. K
