THE ROLE Nexvel is seeking a part-time Social Media Specialist who understands both the art and science of social media specializing in organic content. Bonus if you have paid social experience (boosting, paid Meta Ads)

This is a hands-on role for someone who can identify what makes content engaging, capture compelling social-first content, create polished organic posts, edit short-form video, and consistently publish content across multiple client accounts.

You will support a portfolio of local businesses across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The right candidate understands current platform trends, knows how to adapt content for different audiences and brands, and can manage the day-to-day execution required to keep client social channels active, relevant, and effective.

RESPONSBILITIES* Develop monthly content calendars and post concepts aligned with each client’s brand, audience, and marketing priorities. * 10% travel to client locations throughout Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, and surrounding areas to capture social-first video and photography. * Create branded graphics, carousels, stories, and other organic social content using Canva. * Edit Reels, TikToks and other short-form videos using CapCut, in-platform editing tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar software. * Write engaging captions and adapt messaging acros
