About Swoon Boutique

Swoon is a women's clothing boutique in New Orleans with a loyal following in-store and online. We dress our customers for everything this city throws at them — Mardi Gras, game days, holiday parties, and everyday life — and we move fast: new merchandise drops twice a week, and our social feeds, website, app, and email are where our customers find out first.

We're looking for a creative, organized, style-obsessed marketer to own how Swoon shows up online and in the store. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves fashion, has an eye for what photographs well, and is just as comfortable building a Klaviyo campaign as they are styling a flat lay on the shop floor.

What You'll Do

In the store (New Orleans)

• Curate and shoot flat lays and product imagery for social media posts and paid advertising.
• Orchestrate and style our in-store and online merchandise drops, twice a week — from selecting the pieces to how they're presented in the shop and online.
• Plan and prepare outfit styling for photoshoots, both in-store and on location, including seasonal shoots for Mardi Gras, Christmas, and game days.
• Assist with fulfilling and processing online orders as needed.

Remote / offsite

• Lead the redesign and ongoing updates of our Shopify website.
• Maintain and update the Swoon mobile app, hosted on Tapcart.
• Design and print all in-store promotional pop-ups and signage.
• Create and send two email campaigns per week using Klaviyo, including copy, design, and segmentation.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, e-commerce, or digital content — retail or fashion experience is a strong plus.
• A genuine eye for styling, color, and composition; you know what makes a flat lay or outfit photo stop the scroll.
