Social Media Marketing Manager & Content Creator

JOB OVERVIEW

The Social Media Marketing Manager & Content Creator is a key role within the Marketing Department responsible for developing and executing social media strategy, community engagement, and multi-format content production across five hospitality brands (B2B and B2C). This role owns day-to-day content creation, editorial calendar management, social search optimization, influencer partnerships, brand reputation management, and community management. The Social Media Marketing Manager & Content Creator will drive brand visibility, strengthen audience trust, enhance local discoverability, and support revenue growth for Sun Hill Properties through strategic social media presence. This role works in close partnership with the Creative Director to execute social content, photography, campaigns, and creative initiatives while ensuring all content aligns with established brand standards and creative direction. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Execute social content that aligns with the established creative direction, brand standards, and visual identity across all hospitality brands. * Create polished social graphics, Stories, Reels, carousels, presentations, and promotional assets using Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative Suite. * Maintain consistency in typography, photography, layout, color palettes, and overall brand aesthetic across all social platforms. * Assist the Creative Director with campaign concepts, mood boards, creative presentations, and marketing initiatives. * Organize and maintain digital brand asset libraries including photography, video, graphics, templates, and approved brand files. * Ensure all creative assets remain organized, current, and easily accessible for the marketing team. * Assist in planning, organizing, and executing professional ph
