Dolce Bella is a Latina-founded makeup brand that started in Colombia and is sold across South America. We just launched in the US on TikTok Shop and at us.dolcebella.com. The US team is small, so you'll work directly with our Director of US Operations and your work will go live from the first week.

The role

This is a paid, part-time internship for someone who loves makeup and knows TikTok and Instagram inside and out. You'll take our library of product videos and turn them into content for a US, bilingual audience, then post it, watch how it performs, and help us do more of what works. For the right person, we want this to grow into a full-time position.

What you'll do

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels: new hooks, captions, on-screen text, and trending audio
• Re-cut existing brand footage from our Latin America accounts into fresh versions for the US
• Write captions in English and Spanglish that sound like a real person, not a brand
• Schedule and publish posts, and reply to comments and DMs
• Keep up with beauty trends, sounds, and formats, and pitch ideas based on them
• Track which posts perform and share what you notice each week
• Repost and credit content from creators who feature our products

What we're looking for

• Real interest in makeup and beauty: you know the products, the trends, and the creators
• Hands-on video editing experience in CapCut or a similar app
• Active on TikTok and Instagram, with a feel for what makes people stop scrolling
• Conversational Spanish and fluent English (most of our source footage is in Spanish, and our audience is bilingual)
• Reliable and organized, able to hit posting deadlines without reminders
• Nice to have: experience with TikTok Shop, comfortable on camera, your own content or a small following

• Part-time, 10-20 hours per week, flexible schedule
• $15-$20 per hour
• In person/hybrid in Boca Raton, FL
• Potential to move into a full-time role
