About Spinwave

Spinwave Pickleball is a premium pickleball retailer with stores in New York and Boca Raton and a fast-growing online business.

We carry the paddles serious players actually want, build custom paddles in-house, and operate a full-size pickleball court inside our Boca location.

Our customers are the kind of people who play four times a week and have opinions about grit, swing weight, paddle shape, and foam cores.

We're a small team. The founders are hands-on. Things move fast.

Social media has been the gap. We've had help with it, but we've never had one person truly own it.

That's this role.

The Role

You will run Spinwave's social media.

Not assist with it. Not "support the marketing team." Run it.

Instagram is home base and comes first. We're not on TikTok yet, and we should be. Launching it, figuring out what works for us, and growing it from zero will be part of the job.

The best content will also be repurposed to YouTube Shorts and Facebook.

You'll set the cadence, hold it, and help shape how Spinwave looks and sounds online.

Our Boca store gives you a lot to work with: a pickleball court, a custom paddle-building bench, new products constantly arriving, sponsored players, customers walking through the door, and a team willing to get involved.

You'll be in the building, on the court, and around the counter turning what happens here into content while it's still relevant.

What You'll Do

* Own the content calendar and post consistently on Instagram with a strong weekly rhythm of Reels, Stories, carousels, product drops, and in-store content * Launch Spinwave's TikTok from scratch, develop formats that fit the brand, maintain a consistent cadence, and show meaningful traction in the first 90 days *
