About the Role

We are looking for a Community & Social Media Manager to take ownership of how People & Pets Pharmacy presents itself to the world.

This is a full-time, hands-on role combining social media, content creation, community outreach, influencer relationships, brand development, and customer experience.

We are much less concerned with your degree, previous job titles, or whether you have spent years working in a marketing department. We care about your personality, creativity, judgment, common sense, initiative, and ability to connect with people.

We want someone who will genuinely take ownership of this role and treat the brand as if it were their own.

That means not waiting for someone to hand you a list of things to do. It means noticing opportunities, bringing ideas forward, building relationships, creating content, trying things, measuring what works, and constantly thinking about how to make People & Pets more recognizable and more successful.

Social media will be one of the most important parts of this position.
