Job Overview

We are seeking (two part-time or one full-time) motivated and creative Social Media Manager to lead our clients' digital storytelling and brand engagement across multiple social media platforms. In this role, the ideal candidate will craft compelling content, develop campaigns, and analyze performance metrics for our clients and internal stakeholders. The goal is to drive brand awareness, develop community relationships, and support our clients' marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase engagement and follower growth.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using Sprout Social.
• Monitor social media channels through social listening tools to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and brand sentiment.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads to boost visibility and reach targeted demographics effectively.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and native site analytics; report on key metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Collaborate with teams including marketing, PR, graphic design, and video production to ensure cohesive branding and content consistency.
• Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive community relationships.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and media editing tools for images and videos.
• An understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and digital marketing performance monitoring techniques.
