Social Media Manager | Jewelry Brand

We are looking for a pro-active, experienced and highly skilled Social Media Manager to manage Sevenesy (fashion jewelry brand) organic presence across TikTok and Instagram on a long-term monthly retainer.

The goal is to grow brand awareness, increase discovery, build a strong brand image, and turn attention into customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the TikTok and Instagram content calendar
• Plan and publish feed posts, Reels, TikToks, and Stories
• Lead the creative direction of the feed
• Keep the brand visually elevated, cohesive, and recognizable
• Identify trends, sounds, and formats with real performance potential
• Create content ideas designed to generate reach, engagement, and sales
• Source, brief, and coordinate UGC creators
• Organize and repurpose creator content and existing brand assets
• Write captions, hooks, and on-screen text for each platform
• Manage comments and engagement in the Sevenesy brand voice
• Track weekly performance, including reach, saves, shares, follows, engagement, and link clicks
• Provide a monthly report with results, insights, and recommendations

Requirements

• Experience managing TikTok and Instagram for fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle brands
• Strong creative taste and visual judgment
• Strong understanding of short-form video and organic social growth
• Ability to recognize which trends are likely to perform
• Experience briefing UGC creators
• Strong copywriting and brand-voice skills
• Ability to use performance data to improve the content strategy
• Reliable availability for a long-term retainer partnership

This role requires 20 posts per week on Instagram & Facebook (cross-posting) and TikTok.
