Second Block Hospitality is seeking an experienced, creative, and highly dependable Social Media Manager & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Rehoboth Beach. This is a hands-on, full-time, hybrid position supporting four distinct hospitality brands: The Pines Coastal Tavern, Bodhi Kitchen, Drift Seafood & Raw Bar, and Pazzo Italiano.

This is a hybrid position with significant on-site responsibilities, not a fully remote social media role, nor is it a graphic design role. We are looking for someone with professional experience who understands that great restaurant content happens in real time: in the kitchen, behind the line, at events, during service, and sometimes outside of traditional office hours. The position offers flexibility for certain planning, editing, scheduling, and administrative work to be completed remotely, but regular on-site availability is required.

The ideal candidate has proven social media success, professional food photography and videography experience, a strong understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to strategically manage multiple brands while maintaining the distinct voice, visual identity, and audience of each. Candidates should be able to demonstrate measurable results from past social media work and provide a strong portfolio of content they personally created.

Social Media Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the day-to-day social media presence of four restaurant brands and Second Block Hospitality's corporate accounts, working under the direction of the Marketing Director.

* Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for The Pines Coastal Tavern, Bodhi Kitchen, Drift Seafood & Raw Bar, and Pazzo Italiano, as well as the applicable Second B
