MaRe Head Spa System is a Miami-based beauty tech company that develops and sells a complete head spa solution for salons and spas. We distribute premium Italian professional cosmetics, develop our own scalp and hair devices including red light therapy, run a DTC e-commerce store, and built MaRe Eye, our proprietary AI-powered scalp analysis platform. Our flagship location is in Coral Gables.

Role Overview

You would own two Instagram and Facebook accounts end to end, plus the brand’s printed materials:

1. MaRe Head Spa Flagship

— consumer-facing, driving local awareness, engagement and bookings for Coral Gables

2. MaRe Head Spa B2B

— building brand identity and awareness among salon and spa owners evaluating the system

Content Cadence

• Daily posting across both accounts
• 16 feed posts per account per month produced by you — shot and edited yourself.
• Instagram Stories 4–5 days per week, at least half of all feed content as short-form video or Reels.
• The rest of the daily volume comes from the AI content creators, who produce and edit their own material. You brief them, approve it, place it in the calendar and publish it.
• Printed materials as needed — brochures, menus, price lists, treatment cards, event collateral.

You would not be producing everything yourself. You would have AI content creators and a production assistant working under your direction, and you would be the one leading the process, setting the standard and creating the structure.

Key Responsibilities

Content production

Regular on-site production at the flagship — treatments, client experiences, devices, product, MaRe Eye in use, behind-the-scenes. Short-form vertical video and photography, edited for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts: cuts, pacing, captions, sound, light color work.

Team Direction

AI content creators and a production assistant work with you in a shared chat. You write the briefs,
